Limited Edition Policy

Many Shu’aa products are released as limited-edition collections. Once a model is sold out, it may not be restocked again.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Omani Rial (OMR) unless stated otherwise. Payments must be completed in full before orders are processed and shipped. Shu’aa reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location and shipping provider. Shu’aa is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged products reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Due to hygiene and limited-edition policies, refunds may not apply to all purchases.

Warranty & Product Care

Shu’aa products are designed for daily use; however, damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
